Video Downloader and Stories makes it simple to keep the Facebook and Instagram clips, stories, and status updates you care about, saving them straight to your phone's gallery in seconds. This build, version 9.8.5 – Pro, arrives with the Pro Unlocked modification, so premium features are available from the moment you install. The package is com.storysaver.videodownloaderfacebook, the file size is 13M, and because it is a re-signed APK it cannot be installed over an existing copy from the official store. Created by MOHAMED KAZARAH, the app pairs a clean, minimalist interface with a fast link-based download engine that works without screen recording or complicated setup.
Features
1. Link-based downloading lets you copy a video URL from Facebook or Instagram, paste it into the app, and receive the finished file in your photo album within seconds, with no screen capture or extra tools required.
2. The integrated story and status saver captures temporary Facebook and Instagram content before it disappears, so you can switch between saving ephemeral posts and permanent videos from one screen.
3. Pro Unlocked is active in this 9.8.5 build, removing the restrictions of the standard release and opening the premium saving experience immediately after installation without any in-app purchase.
4. A minimalist, clutter-free interface with a realistic color palette keeps the download button and link field front and center, making navigation obvious for children, professionals, and older users alike.
5. Unlimited saving means there is no cap on how many videos or stories you store, and everything lands in your personal media library where other apps can edit or share it.
How to Use
1. Download the 13M APK from this page, then install it on your Android device; if Android reports a signature conflict with an older official copy, uninstall that version first and try again.
2. Open Facebook or Instagram, find the video or story you want, tap the share or menu icon, and choose Copy Link so the URL sits on your clipboard.
3. Return to Video Downloader and Stories, paste the link into the input field, and tap the download button to start processing the URL.
4. Wait a few seconds while the app retrieves the file, then confirm the download and check your phone's gallery or photo album to find the saved video.
5. For stories and statuses, open the status saver section instead, preview the temporary content, and save the items you want to keep before they expire.
Tips
1. Copy links from the public post view rather than a private message, since the app needs an accessible URL to fetch the media file successfully.
2. Save stories promptly, because temporary content disappears after its window closes and the link will no longer resolve once the post expires.
3. Keep your gallery organized by creating a dedicated album for downloaded clips, which makes editing and sharing through other media apps much faster.
4. Expect a Play Protect warning during installation, which is normal for re-signed packages; always download from this page to ensure you have the unmodified MOHAMED KAZARAH build.
5. On Windows or macOS, run the APK inside an emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer by dragging the file into the emulator window, since it will not install on iPhone or iPad.
Review
1. With a 3.8/5 rating from 37 users, Video Downloader and Stories earns solid marks for speed and simplicity, and the Pro Unlocked build removes the paywall friction that frustrates users of the free version.
2. The link-paste workflow is genuinely fast, and testers note that videos land in the gallery quickly enough for offline viewing almost immediately after processing.
3. The interface deserves praise for its restraint: clear accents on the download button and input field mean even first-time users understand what to do without reading instructions.
4. Minor drawbacks include the expected Play Protect prompt and the need to uninstall official copies before installing this re-signed 9.8.5 package, but neither affects daily use.
5. Overall, it is a dependable utility for archiving social media memories, and the unlimited saving with no root requirement makes it a practical pick for casual and heavy users alike.
